In the past almost all Spas had equipment on one side of the Spa. This included pumps, heater, computer, UV sanitizer, lights etc. Now I am seeing a lot of Spas with equipment on all 4 sides. For the Spas that have equipment on multiple sides it is important to have access on each side that has equipment. I can fix all brands of Spas, however I can not fix Spas that are against walls. Typically these are generic Spas bought online and from big box stores. If you have one of these online Spas and are concerned about a Spa side that is up against a wall, we can determine if there is a pump or other equipment on that side. When a Spa has a leak on a side against a wall the Spa needs to be un-wired, moved, then temporarily wired to conduct the repair and leak test. Then the Spa needs to be moved back into place and re-wired. I recommend moving it and leaving it away from wall when a repair is needed. This way is cheaper and the equipment can be accessed for future repairs or even just to replace heater gaskets or tighten loose fittings. I have run into this issue 3 times in only a year so I believe more of these access issues will arise. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
